Getting Your Feet Wet With Real-World Experience
You might not actually get your feet wet but with a Cosmetology education you’ll definitely get your hands wet with real-world experience in a Student Salon or Clinic setting.
Your hands-on experience in the salon begins after you've completed your initial classroom instruction. Your salon training prepares you for your professional career and gives you the opportunity to fine-tune every aspect of your classroom instruction. And, while you're in the salon or clinic, you’ll be able to show off your creativity, apply your skills, and gain additional focus on interpersonal and communication skills - the skills that will help set you apart with your clients.
