Within the first hour, Zoot broke two previous world records; the first was for the fastest haircut which he polished off in&amp;nbsp; 55 seconds, and the second record was for the most haircuts within an hour which Zoot completed with 43 cuts.  &lt;p&gt;During the 340 haircuts Zoot clipped in 24 hours, six judges were present and responsible for insuring the cutting followed all the rules in accordance with Guinness requirements.  &lt;p&gt;The event also raised money for two charities; Big Brothers&amp;nbsp; Big Sisters of Central Texas and Children with Hairloss Foundation. Women saw and will continue to see a sense of glamour coming back into the styles for 2008, in hair, makeup and clothing,&amp;quot; says Margie Wagner-Clews, Corporate Director of Education for Empire Education Group.  &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;Jennifer Garner, Amy Ryan, Nicole Kidman, and Cameron Diaz sported sideswept bangs while Diablo Cody and Jennifer Hudson were trendy with their fringed bangs.  &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;Several stars chose to summon the 1920s with finger waves like Juno star, Ellen Page and Untraceable&amp;#39;s, Diane Lane.&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Starlets Katherine Heigl, Amy Adams and Marion Cotillard brought back old Hollywood pin curls reminiscent of Marilyn Monroe and Veronica Lake.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Loose and feminine buns were spotted on Kerri Russell and Jessica Alba who added pulled back braids, but the evenings most talked about bun belonged to Heidi Klum.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;p&gt;New trends were seen on Rene Zellweger, who unveiled her new pixie cut, and Miley Cyrus, who emerged with a sophisticated pony with a side part.  &lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;Men are starting to leave the longer, un-tamed looks for more tailored, cleaner lines and finished styles.
